Residences 1 & 2

Directly connected to the 5-star Kulm Hotel, the luxury apartments in Residences I and II are designed to meet the highest standards. The Residences, which are offered unfurnished for long-term rental, have their own separate entrance but are also accessible from the hotel. You will be impressed by the magnificent views of the mountains and lake from these apartments.

Exclusive service

Occupants of the apartments in Residences I & II benefit from all the amenities the Kulm Hotel offers its hotel guests. These include the exclusive cleaning, laundry, and concierge services of an upscale 5-star hotel as well as access to our Kulm Spa. In the summer, the hotel tennis courts and nine-hole golf course are available, and residents have access to the ice rink in winter.

Culinary offerings

Our apartment residents are free to enjoy the culinary diversity at the various restaurants as well as relax in the hotel’s characterful bars. You also have the option of ordering delicacies from our kitchens or drinks from the wine cellar to be served in your private apartment.

Childcare

Children aged three and older are always welcome at the Wunderwald Kids Club, where they are cared for by our in-house nursery school teacher.

Las Sours

The apartments Las Sours – the Two Sisters – are located on the outskirts of St. Moritz, separate from the hotel complex, and offer splendid views of Lake St. Moritz and the mountains.

Here, you can enjoy the quiet location and take a leisurely stroll to the village centre, which is within easy walking distance of Las Sours. Residents are also welcome in the Kulm Hotel restaurants and bars as well as the Kulm Spa. These apartments, in the mid-range price segment, are offered unfurnished as multi-year rentals.

Foppas Apartments

The spacious Foppas Apartments are close to the scenic Kulm Park on the outskirts of St. Moritz near the road to Celerina.
