Long-serving Executive Chef, Mauro Taufer, sources only the finest ingredients for his menu: burrata from Andria in Puglia, gamberi rossi from Mazara del Vallo in Sicily, and branzino from Stintino in Sardinia. During the summer, you can also experience elegant al fresco dining on the stylish sun terrace.
