CHILDREN
Our Wunderwald Kids’ Club is located on the ground floor of the Neukulm wing. Children from the age of three are lovingly looked after by our child carer, who engages them in a wide range of activities including playing, drawing, painting and craftwork. An additional (unsupervised) playroom with computer games is situated next to the Kids’ Club.
Our youngest guests can eat their evening meal together under supervision at 6.30 pm. T 7705.
In summer, children can play in the playground next to the Chesa al Parc restaurant. A child-friendly waterworld, with water slide and water games, is located in the pool area of the Kulm Spa. Baby articles like cribs, baby monitors, bottle warmers, bathtub for children, potty and changing mats are available through our
housekeeper. T 8221.
CONCIERGE
Our Concierge team are always on hand to provide you with all the information you may require. They will organise flight or train tickets, taxis, bobsleigh rides, horse-drawn carriage or sled rides, excursions or table reservations, among many other services.
They can also arrange private skiing, snowboarding, tennis or golf tuition for you. T 8226.
CRESTA RUN (WINTER)
The Cresta Run is located on the grounds of the Kulm Hotel. If you would like to experience a thrilling guest ride down this legendary bobsleigh run, please contact the Concierge.

DOGS AND SMALL PETS
You are welcome to bring your dog or small pet with you. However, please respect that animals are not allowed in all of our restaurants and in the Spa.
DRESS CODE
The Kulm Hotel cultivates an elegant style, including with respect to attire. During the day, guests are free to wear casual clothing or sportswear in the Grand Restaurant, lobby lounge and Altitude Bar. In the evening, elegant attire is required at the Grand Restaurant and Altitude Bar. Appropriate smart-casual clothing can be worn at the Pizzeria, Amaru by Claudia Canessa, Kulm Country Club by Mauro Colagreco, Chesa al Parc, and Sunny Bar & Grill restaurants.

GOLF (SUMMER)
The Kulm Hotel has its own 9-hole, 27-par golf course, which is one of the highest lying and oldest golf courses in Europe. It is suitable for all levels of ability and features a driving range with 16 tee boxes. Both the green fee and the use of the driving range are free of charge for our hotel guests. Guest rooms are cleaned daily between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm. Please inform the Housekeeper if you would like us to tidy up your room outside this time. T 8221.
In the evening between 6.00 pm and 9.00 pm, Housekeeping will prepare your room for the night and turn down your bedding.

Pool and spa area
On the pool level is a swimming pool, open-air pool, whirlpool, children‘s pool, salt water grotto, steam baths, Finnish sauna, bio sauna for women, infrared cabin, Kneipp footpath and relaxation lounge. Bath towels can be obtained in the swimming pool area. Changing rooms and lockers are also available. You will find slippers and bathrobes in your room.

Health and beauty treatments

Indulge in heavenly luxury for two in our Private Spa Suite. All the electrical sockets in our hotel are suitable for 220V. There are special shaver sockets in the bathroom. Adapters for other voltages can be borrowed from Reception against a refundable deposit. T 8219.

You can ask for snacks, breakfast, your half-board meals or beverages to be served in your room until 1.00 am. Afterwards, a reduced choice of food and refreshments is available. Each guest room has a small safe, the contents of which are insured for a maximum of CHF 10,000. A larger safety deposit room is available at Reception.
SHOESHINE SERVICE
Please place your shoes outside your door in the evening. You will find them there the next morning, beautifully polished and shiny.
SHUTTLE BUS
During the winter season, a complimentary bus operates from the hotel to the bottom station of the Corviglia funicular. For further information, contact the Concierge. T 8226.
SKI ROOM
You can deposit your skis and ski boots in our ski room on the ground floor next to the sports shop.
SKIING
Awaiting you are 350 kilometres of perfectly prepared pistes and 200 kilometres of cross-country ski trails. The extensive Corviglia ski area is virtually on the doorstep, and can be quickly and conveniently reached by means of our shuttlebus service. If you do not yet possess a ski pass, our Reception staff would be pleased to be of assistance. T 8219.
On request, our Concierge can book a private instructor for adults and/or children on your behalf. T 8226.
You can hire ski equipment directly from the sports shop at the bottom of the stairs on the right, by the Concierge Desk.
SMOKING/MILES DAVIS LOUNGE
In Switzerland, it is forbidden to smoke in restaurants, bars and other public places. However, guests wishing to smoke can do so in the Miles Davis Lounge, opposite the Altitude Bar.

All rooms are equipped with a direct dial telephone. You can obtain your personal telephone number from Reception. To make an external call, you should first dial 0, followed by the required number. The most important internal numbers can be dialled direct using the speed dial button. To make a call from one room to another, first dial 4 and then the desired room number.
TENNIS (SUMMER)
Hotel guests may use our tennis courts free of charge. They are located next to the Chesa al Parc restaurant, at the entrance to Kulm Park. Our tennis pro is pleased to give private lessons (against payment). Information and court reservations through the Concierge. T 8226.
TRANSFERS
We offer our guests a complimentary transfer service with our hotel limousine from and to St. Moritz train station and, on request and for a fee, to other destinations of your choice.
