Brasserie Dracula

In winter, the Brasserie is the meeting place for daring athletes who compete in the world’s only natural ice canal – from Olympic and world champions to Prince Albert of Monaco. In summer, the Brasserie opens its doors exclusively for the Festival da Jazz. Guests can thus experience culinary highlights reaching before the musical main course on the main stage is served.
